The delivery fee at Ode à la Rose varies depending on the size of the bouquet, ranging from $8 for smaller bouquets in Chicago to $25 for our largest ones. But expect to pay around $18 for anything that’s considered “regular size”.
Can You Add a Note to Flowers?
Oh yes! We have a signature Ode à la Rose card, where you can write a message to accompany your floral arrangement. Even better - you have the option to include a photo that we will print out & include with your bouquet for no additional charge!.
What Happens if the Delivery is Unsuccessful?
Ode à la Rose has procedures in place to ensure the safe arrival of your bouquet. Our bouquets are set up for "signature release," allowing them to be dropped off without requiring a signature. Our delivery driver will typically knock or ring the bell at the recipient's address. If there is no response, we take care to leave the product in a secure location at the delivery site.
To facilitate a smooth delivery process, it is important to include your recipient's phone number in the order. This allows us to contact them if needed during delivery, without spoiling the surprise by calling in advance.
