What Happens If the Recipient Isn’t Home?
All deliveries include a signature release, so our courier can safely leave the bouquet if no one is home. They’ll knock or ring first, then place the flowers in a secure spot or with building staff when available. Adding the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve any quick questions during the delivery, but we won't call in advance, so we won't spoil the surprise.
