Working closely with eco-friendly farms where the best flowers are grown and harvested in the Netherlands, Colombia, and Ecuador, they pay keen attention to the peculiar needs of every customer. This is why they take customer service delivery very seriously. They put in extra work to send pictures of the bouquet to the customer at intervals during the making process. When the bouquet is ready to be dispatched from the atelier, they also send a picture to the customer to make sure that what was ordered matches the delivered product. At Ode à la Rose, bouquets are delivered in very beautiful and classy packaging. Customers are allowed to add a picture of their choice to their order. The selected picture is printed in bright color on a glossy paper and included in the order without extra costs.
