Our vibrant purple Vanda orchids have the most beautiful flower blossoms with a faint white pattern in their petals. Here we've accented three Vanda orchids stems with a cylindrical white ceramic vase. Fun fact: The Vanda orchid is highly prized in horticulture for its showy, fragrant, long-lasting, and intensely colorful flowers. They are a newcomer to the Orchid world having been around for 30 years.

What you'll get: A white ceramic vase, 3 long stems of freshly cut purple Vanda Orchids wrapped in paper.
Glazed white ceramic vase 9 1/2" high x 3" wide
Flowers and vase overall height 17"

Supplies: You will need clippers or a knife to cut the stems and water to fill the vase.

Steps: Step 1: Open your package.
Step 2: Keep flowers wrapped in the paper they were packed in.
Step 3: Cut the stems 1/4" by laying flowers on a cutting board, slice the ends of the stems then place in water until you are ready to design.
Step 4: Prepare your vase with cool water
Step 5: Remove any leaves from the bottom of the stems so that no leaves are emerged in the water once in your vase
Step 6: Place your orchids in your vase and enjoy their beauty!
Step 7: Every 2 days, cut the stems 1/4'' and change water.
Step 8: Orchids love to be gently misted with water, you can do this every other day

Packaging

This bouquet is hand-delivered in our 16″ signature gift box for deliveries in NYC, LA, Chicago, Austin, Miami, Philadelphia and Washington DC and arrives in a water-filled travel container so that the flowers stay hydrated. For all other locations, this bouquet is delivered in a special overnight delivery box and wrapped in a water-filled paper specifically designed to protect flowers during delivery. The blooms are topped with tissue paper for optimal protection. We print your note on our gift card, which is securely tucked to the side of the bouquet along with any vase or add-on.
