Customer service was excellent—there was a snag in delivery (due to unforeseen rules at place of delivery) and it took a few hours for the flowers to reach the recipient. “David” explained the situation and reassured me that the bouquet was wrapped

“Great choices for vases”
Great choices for vases, rather than the same boring glass vases every other florists uses. Liked you can select the number of stems....a nice flare from the boring same old same old florists! Will be ordering again!

“Truly stunning and fresh boquet”
The boquet arrived during the expected window which seems small but my experience is that it doesn't always happen. But the best part is that the flowers were fresh and beautiful--so pretty in fact, that they look better than advertised!
