Where do our roses come from?
There's a bit of every country in our bouquets! In order to ensure we offer the highest quality and freshest roses, we buy them from only the most trusted suppliers worldwide. Due to favorable growing and shipping conditions, however, many of our roses come from Ecuador and Colombia.
Do you really only use roses in your bouquets?
Yes! Roses are the only flowers we use in our bouquets. However, we do use seasonal- and arrangement-appropriate foliage in our arrangements. As you'll see, it enhances the visual aspects of our roses.
How are our bouquets prepared?
All of our bouquets are prepared in our workshop in the heart of NYC by our specially trained florists. Not only do our florists select the best roses, they all master the French technique of the bouquet rond.
Do all our bouquets come in a vase?
Our Rose Buckets and Mini rose buckets come with their zinc vase. Our round bouquets and rose bunches are usually shipped without vases. However, when ordering these bouquets, you will have the option of adding a zinc bucket to your order for an additional charge.
Can I send a card of a message along with my Ode a la Rose bouquet?
Yes! After you have selected your favorite bouquet, you will be given the opportunity to write a few words on our specially designed Ode a la Rose cards. Your card will be attached to the bouquet.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've already paid?
Ode à la Rose is unable to cancel or change orders next day orders. For other changes, email customer service.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality and freshness of our roses and if not, we will gladly re-send or refund your purchase. Simply call or email within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Will you send me an email to confirm my order?
Once you have confirmed your order and made your payment through our secured system we will send you an email to summarize your order and a tracking number to follow your bouquet until it reaches the recipient you have chosen.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once you have confirmed your order we will send you an email with a tracking number to follow your package until it reaches the recipient you have chosen.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. PayPal users can also pay with their PayPal account.
How do I know my payment is secure?
At Ode à la Rose, we take your security very seriously. Your payment is processed using the latest industry security standards. All transactions are carried out within a secure payment zone. Just look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your computer screen.
When is my credit/debit card charged?
After an initial security check has been successful, your full order payment is normally reserved within five or ten minutes. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. These reserved funds are then charged when we dispatch your order. If there are problems with your payment there may be a delay processing your order. If we are unable to successfully process payment your order may be cancelled, however you will be notified of this via email or phone.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Ode à la rose only charges sales tax for orders shipped within the State of New York. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) costs. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most cities in the Northeast. For the time being, our delivery service is available in the following States: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, Delaware, District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer same day delivery in Manhattan from Monday to Saturday. The order deadline is 3:00pm from Monday to Friday and 12:00pm on Saturdays.
Outside of Manhattan, we offer next day delivery from Monday to Friday. The order deadline is 3:00pm.
Can I choose a time frame for my flower delivery?
For Manhattan deliveries, you will have the choice between three time slots: 9:00am to 1:00pm, 1:00pm to 5:00pm or, 5:00pm to 7:00pm
For deliveries outside of Manhattan, all deliveries are made between 9:00am and 7:00pm. However, most of our deliveries are made before 3:00pm.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is $14.95
What happens if the recipient is not there?
All our bouquets automatically have a "signature release," which means that our bouquets can be dropped off without requiring a signature. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.
I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service department (firstname.lastname@example.org) as quickly as possible, so that your changes can be taken into account before delivery. Please include your order number to help our staff process your request as quickly as possible.
Do you do customized bouquets?
Unfortunately, most of the time we are unable to provide customized bouquets.
How are the flowers packaged and delivered?
All our bouquets are placed in our anti-spill vase filled with water to ensure that they are hydrated during shipping and delivered in our fashion forward signature gift box.
When do you send a photo of the arrangement?
Once your bouquet has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with the time of delivery along with a snapshot of your bouquet.
